Well, I have a beautiful KP-3 and I love it to death. The problem is that fully loaded I can't snap as well in speedball with it as I can my other markers. It's just slower because of the weight.

I tried some of the things that I've seen other people do to make their markers lighter. Switched to an aluminum tank, replaced metal parts with Carbon Fiber... But nothing made a noticeable difference. So I decided to have a friend ULE my KP.

Bad idea. It' almost completely unrecognizable now. He mentioned something about a drill press and a dremel...

After extensive work, $600, and about a week later this is what came today:

I hope someone got a kick out of the thread. I figured I would at least attempt to make it interesting. There is also a nice picture of the K-2 sleeping in one of Butch's scabbards in my gallery. Unfortunately uploading it also cause it to rotate sideways...

Very pretty to say the least... I need to get me one of those one of these days...

Any chance I can use the pic of the scabbard for my sales threads and such? Hows it working for you? and most importantly, did you get the replacement screws i sent out?

K2 looks good though.... wish i had it :P

Why thank you. I kind of planned to be an asshat from the start which is why I didn't claim responsibility in the eBay thread. I figured something like this would be more fun.

Although originally I was going to make a thread about how I didn't like the length, make fake pictures of me cutting it down to standard size, and then take pictures of the K-2 with the KP-3 stock and ask how people liked it. I thought that would have been fun as well.

That's just funny- it's good to get everyone going with stuff like this. That way they all stay on their toes.

I hope you enjoy your K2 and give it a lot of use.

I don't know about a lot of use at the moment. College and a lack of fields make for poor paintball climate. But I hope to get it out on the breaks and see what it can do.
