That thing is so shiny, i can see my desire for more brass within its reflection.

The double ghost ring looks nice, blends it in nicely.

Shiny, very nice! Really like what you did with the sights as well. Looking forward to see the finished product.

The stock for this is about there. I made it like the "original" mare's leg but
with a deep notch for your palm to set and some grip inlay.
Added some at butt and fore-end also.
Going to clad the asa block in brass, make a brass trigger guard and a little powdercoating.
stay tuned for more....

Did some bit more on this one.
Pictured is the asa block (aluminum) sheathed in brass...
Soldered up and partly polished (need to massage in flush to stock).
Also making the trigger guard. (almost done)..

I LOVE the look of this one........ Its going to be pretty bad to the bone when complete.....

Member wanted a detent added to stop any double feeds so
I added a brass autococker detent. (first one for me).
I could not find any brass nuts laying around so I cut a piece off of a brass 90* fitting. Filed it to fit barrel and soldered on.
Started to polish again...
Not to much more to add now. Time to put it together, air it up and test - tear down and repolish everything and clr powdercoat all the brass...
