Pgp leak

My pgp leaks after the first shot. I put the 12g in with the pump back and tighten it as much as I can and it seals fine, but the first shot causes it to leak out of the valve

The first shot punctures the co2 cartridge. You have a leak on either the cartridge face seal, the o-ring that goes around the face seal, or the rear part of the valve.

Does it leak out of the grip frame or where the hammer is?

Grip frame, It did it when I fist got it, but I had it working before I got to the field today
Edit: the pink o-ring on the valve looks chewed up

Ok, next question, is it a cartridge or a non cartridge valve?

You can tell by looking at the side of the gun. If it is PA-series it's a cartridge.
P-series - Non Cartridge (you will need a valve tool)

you can save yourself some shekels if you get your valve tool from Titus and your seal kit from MaD both are on here and easy to track down.

Already ordered :/ Oh well not too concerned. I'd rather have a working gun then a few extra dollars

... or you could have both? You'll need new seals in a year or two, depending on how often you play with it/abuse it.
