I guess I skipped over the machine tools part. Just turn yourself a dummy 12 gram then and you're set. You coukd also make your own umb while you're at it.

So just grab a used co2. Measure it. Tap it to airline threads, drill hole in co2 pipe, run line through it?

And what threading/dimensions does a umb have?

Whatever you do, do NOT use a used 12gram as a dummy. The walls are far too thin to safely hold a thread. You need to make one from scratch if you plan on making one.

You said you have access to a lathe? Turn one out of some aluminum bar stock. Then drill and tap the side for 1/8npt so you can attach an air line.

Alrighty. Assuming I have made it accept air. How can I go about making a new pump handle and arm without interfering with the airline?

Basically you are going to have to put a small slot in the bottom of the pump. A couple different pumps came this way from the factory. I will see if I can post a pic later today.
