That pic confirms it, your Sheridan started life as a stock-class PMI-1.

Do you think this was McMurray work, or do you think this was a home job?

While i'm feeling curious, how valuable is it? I'm not thinking of selling it, i like it way too much. I just want to know what kind of deal i got!

From my recent conversations with Tim McMurray, it is my understanding that the Mac-1 guns all came with the long "positive feed" (as he calls it) neck. The right side quick strip and pump handle definately point to some time in the McMurray shop. I am no Mac-1 expert though...

Some of it looks Mac1, some does not. It is really hard to tell at this point.

Whether it should be classified as a Mac-1 Avenger (their name for an upgraded Sheridan) or just a misc. upgraded Sheridan doesn't matter much in my oppinion. I think it is worth up to $150 to the right collector or player.
