| No Longer a Mailman! Join Date: Aug 2007 Location: pembroke, MA | looking for specifics I know its a sheridan, though i don't know the model.I know it has some kind of custom work done to it with a dummy 12g in place to run CA. I know it has a Cooper T bolt in it, and i know the stock is from a Crossman Airgun. Thats about it though...so i'm opening it up to you guys. | MCB Member Join Date: Apr 2006 Location: NC | i don't think it's a p12. it's a p series of some sort. the DF isn't factory so it could have been a stock class gun to start with, but it has a front bead sight on the barrel. i can't tell if the sight is factory or not. if it is a factory sight bead it might have been a 68 magnum with a soldered on DF. also, the pump looks like a McMurray pump so it could be a Mac1 of some sort. does it have a quickstrip slot on the right side to remove the bolt? what about a side tap on the right side too? |

| MCB Member Join Date: Apr 2006 Location: NC | after looking at the pics again i see the dummy 12 gram CA adapter so it can't be a 68 magnum. it has to be a 12 gram based gun and that narrows things down to only a few models it can be. a PMI-1, PMI-1 DF, or Pursuit Pistol. |

| MCB Member Join Date: Apr 2006 | Looks to me....... Like a PMI-1, Upgraded with the Crosman stock, a Cooper T bolt, an auto-trigger and trigger shoe. The D/F nipple IS a Sheridan item, they used to sell them so you could solder them on yourself. Many common upgrades from "back in the day". I like it. |

| MCB Member Join Date: Apr 2006 Location: NC | that's a McMurray trademark, so i'd definately assume it was in his hands at some point. the black paint that is flaking off is another sign of it being a McMurray gun. it's either an Annihlator(sp?) or an Avenger i think. what do the rest of you guys think? |

| the MilD MOD | Possibly an Avenger. Regardless if the mods were done by Mac-1 or not, it looks like it was a stock-class PMI-1 originally. I'd like to see better pictures of the feed nipple, but it does not look factory. Quote:
