What's the best way to put a ASA on a sheridan?

I have a gun with a custom co2 changer that I would like to get a dummy 12 gram for and have the ability to use constant air. What's the best rout to having an asa on my gun?

For getting it done without having to mod anything, I would use one of these guys:
Sheridan built in asa UMB. Front is 1/8th npt and back is standard asa threads, Good shape

You can get a matching, longer sear pin so that it makes up for the increased width of the grip frame, like this guy: sheridan long sear pin to work with umb style stocks, used, .8 inch - Sheridan Grip Frame small parts - Sheridan Receivers / Grip Frames and Grips - Sheridan - Pump - Parts

How does that mount to the frame?

Ohh... the odd thing is that used to be a back bottle / CA gun.

Easiest way would be to set that up like a superstocker and run a 3.5oz where the 12g changer currently is. What are the threads into the gun when you remove the 12g changer?

There's nothing standard about that vertical 12g adapter. When you unscrew it, what threads are left there on the gun?

Sorry, was taking that from the sellers post a while ago. I thought you were asking for thread size.

There are male threads on the gun.

No offense but the answers are really vague so no clue how to help you. Not sure what Paintball Guy 3 did there but normally when a sheridan is converted to vertical air like that you can just remove the 12g adapter and screw in a tank. (see a PPS superstocker). I assume the "male" threads you're talking about are just the base of the 12g adapter he made. Does the rest of it come out of the gun?

I'm mostly wondering if it's a standard 1/8" NPT or something where you could just thread in a PPS or minicocker vertical adapter and run a 3.5oz there.
