A cut Palmers P series? or is that a typo for 'K' series?

I'd suggest using a standard length or slightly longer 'P' type/strength spring for the hammer.

I was told it was a p series spring and that it came from Palmer's. It was shorter than a k series but longer than the worn out pseries springs I have. My pgp shot hot with it so I cut it down a while ago. It's now shorter and stiffer than a p series sping.

I think the 'shorter' part has been one of the issues..I'd use a different one like mentioned above.

The stock spring gives a lower velocity.
