Sorry my good man! I'm keeping the entire gun together, but when I use it I'd like some grips more conducive to control under a sweaty barrage from my palms.

Evaunitr your PGP looks like a converted PG. The bolt is a giveaway.
I've done some research and you are correct, Funsi. This is a PG. I'm still trying to figure out why the pump-BB trough (that little perpendicular-to-the-tube trough that's directly under the pump) is there, though. It's as if they knew they would make conversions of this gun.

there were very early pgp's that used the pg style bolt and they weren't converted pg's. i'd say yours is one of them.

i guess... i think it's more of a case of them using up the remaining pg parts to build the gun. just a part of the evolution that the pg/pgp's have gone through.

Awesome, I have a leftover PGP.

Well I'll treat her good. PPS is sending me a new valve kit, speed changer, and valve tool... I can't wait to get her working again.

Update:

So my stuff from PPS came in last week... the speed changer went in with a small fight... but now works wonders.

The valve repairs however aren't going so well. Apparently I must have ordered the wrong o-ring and seal kit from PPS as the Dyna Valve (the puncture pin) has a sleeve running up the shaft of the pointed end. This makes the pin stop before it gets a chance to puncture the cap.

So I've had to use the original pin.

Also the lead o-ring just under the jammer nut kept getting threaded while I was trying to put the jammer nut back... so it's nice an deformed.

So basically I payed 20$ for a new chamber plug face seal.

One question... Will I be OK without that lead seal under the jammer nut?

Just for clarification, I have a non-cartridge style valve.

There are two valve kits, one for cartridge valves, one for the non-cartridge valves. Did you specify which you needed when you placed your order?

You can leave out the lead ring when you re-install the valve. Most people just throw them away.
