If it is leaking out the barrel, it is indeed the usually the cupseal.

I'm curious...i have a few pgp piercing stems/cupseals, i was wondering if i sawed the piercing stem off and just use the cupseal portion of the assembly to put into my p68AT? Curiosity fuels my mind...lol

yeah, it'll work if you cut off the pierce pin. assuming that the cupseal is good...
