Cmi Regulator R-2000 Co2

Has anybody used on of these on their pumps? While I know it will not be anywhere near the quality of a Palmers product it is inexpensive.

I checked them out on pbreview, however like most educated people I don't trust the reviews.

I had one a long time ago, I remember it being fairly inconsistent and very slow to recharge (like 1 to 1 1/2 seconds). You can pick up a better reg for the same money, particularly if you pick up a nice used one.

Its great, if you don't use it on a semi-auto, or plan to shoot once a minute.

Much like everything else that CMI made, it was a cheap ripoff, and was total, utter crap.

Fair Enough.

Most of the regs that I have come across and used are 0-400psi. So does anyone have any recommendations for a high pressure reg that won't cost over $100, and will handle CO2.

Find an Air America black Ice reg, they are pretty good and shouldnt run all that much. BL torpedos are supposed to be decent as well, if you have an anti-spihon tube.

I dont think he is looking for that high of a price for a new reg.

Although, if you were fast on the mouse a few days ago, i just sold a stab for $50.. but they usually go for $70.

The BL torpedo's are just about perfect for a pump. The rechage rate is fine for pumping, and they work pretty good. Also, the old ANS regs worked pretty good on my snipers.
