| Rec Poster | P-68 AT trigger frame Does anyone know if the P-68 trigger frame is unique or can any brass trigger frame replace it like on from a PGP. I know that due to the AT box on top of the frame that a ball bearing is used to trip the sear, but I do not know if Sheridan made all the frames with the hole for this bearing. Thanks |

| Rec Poster | So the next time someone is taking apart their PGP, or other brass Sheridan could you take a picture of the frame from the top down. I would just like to know if all of the grip frames are drilled to accept the ball bearing used to trip the auto-trigger in the P-68 AT. Thanks Brian |

| Sheridan frame is a Sheridan frame, the AT has an adapter on it for the AT that is the only difference. Most AT owners remove the AT and just bolt up the grip frame and go. |

| Rec Poster | So after looking at the pictures I disagree, kinda. While all frames may have started the same it looks as if frames used on P-68 ATs have a hole drilled down behind the trigger for the ball bearing to come into contact either the brass AT piece or the sear which is moved up into the AT housing. If you were to remove the AT housing you would still have to move the sear into the frame which is doable since the hole for the sear axle is there. However I do not feel after seeing those pics that I could just swap on a unmodified replacement frame like say from a PGP. To those who sent pics thanks a ton. Brian |

| i would think that a frame from a pgp would work fine on the p68at if you didn't use the AT assembly. i'm not familiar with the p68at and i only own one and it's NIB and i don't plan on taking it apart to study it. truth be told, i've never wanted to own one but i would like to see how it works. |
