So when putting the valve back in, do you just do the reverse of taking it out? Like put the chamber plug back in then screw the valve and retaining nut back in? I have never done this before and both of my sheridans just pooped out at the last game.

Sorry to bring this back up. but what is the "technical term" for the cupseal. I'm purchasing a 12gram seal kit from palmers and it comes with a variety of seals and orings.

the 4 bigest are for the bolt (won't work on a coper T bolt...)
smallest is for the steel part
thin big one is used at the valve.

I know the little small one is for the 12gram seal.

3 bolt orings, and theres 2 left.

the small flat one is for the 12gr(27), small round one sits on the steel part of the valve on the outside(26). large diameter but thin o-ring is seals the valve from the air chamber (31)

(used the schematics of a kp, but the valve is the same)

It's number 35. It is called the exhaust valve seal. It is the pin that punctures the 12ie and the seal is built into it.
