Found a couple of sheridans...ID help.

Got these from a guy on my local craigslist. I know the 1st is an older style pgp...and I'm pretty sure the second one is a PMI Pursuit Pistol? Still kind of new to these, so am I right?
The pgp seals and shoots fine. The other one leaks from the back of the grip frame...assuming it needs a new face seal. Not a bad pick up for 70 bucks for the pair.

The bottom one is a PMI-I not a Pursuit Pistol. The feed area of the Pursuit Pistol is farther back on the gun. Above the grip instead of above the safety/trigger.

Great Deal!

Edit: Fluff you beat me to it.

Thanks for the id help...I think it was the knurled pump handle that threw me off. I figured I had a sweet deal on the pair, even if they weren't working. All I need now is a face seal for the PMI 1. I'll probably just pick up a seal kit, that way I'll have a few extra parts for later. The PGP is good to go. Can't wait to get it on the field this weekend.

i own a few Sheridans and i can tell you from experience that you should just go ahead and change all the seals while you have it apart. you have to pull the whole valve to change the face seal anyway so you might as well change every seal including the valve stem.

don't forget to order a valve tool when you order seal kits if you don't have one. you can't pull the valve without the tool.

Well, I'm a bit late to be any help, but very nice pick-up, especially the PMI-1

Earlier PGP.... blue ano on the feed tube plugs and a knurled pump. Also has the rear leaf site. It has the later model grip frame (non rounded trigger guard) but has the early plastic grips.....

I think the frame must have been put on after it left the factory. It should have the round trigger guard (no lip in front of the trigger guard at the top of the frame). That style frame didn't really come about until plastic pumps were standard.

But that does not lower it's value really ... for two reasons. One it works and is a user gun (not factory mint in the box) and two with sheridan the rules don't always apply. There were so many guns that had mixed parts from the factory (or from factory service rebuilds) that it gets hard sometimes to say for sure.... other than the serial number.

Anyways, very nice buy, you certainly got a steal!
