| Out and about Join Date: Apr 2006 Location: Schen. NY | There is a little screw with a flat head... the head is shaped like a pringle chip (you know what I mean right?) so that it fits snug to the inside of the tube. The head goes on the inside of the barrel with the screw portion sticking out the bottom of the tube. You then thread the nut onto that. E

| Out and about Join Date: Apr 2006 Location: Schen. NY | It may have two rivets holding it to the stock. From the inside of the stock, use a drill to remove the ends of the rivets holding the guard to the stock. Replace the rivets with long screws and appropriately sized washers and nuts. E
