PGP-P68 compatibility

Are the internals of the PGP and P-68 the same? There is a P68 body on eBay right now, and I was wondering if I could just throw PGP internals into it.

Everything except the bolt will be compatible. This is assuming both guns have the older style valve(noncartridge valve). The hammer, valve, springs and rear cap should all be compatible.

Yes the difference being the PGP uses a "rim fire" bolt while MOST longer guns use a "center fire" bolt.

Even with the cartridge valves they are completely compatible. The only differences are the bolt and the length of the 12 gram plug.

I was just trying to point out that if he has a cart valve PGP and the P-68 is the old valve he will have issues...

Indeed. Just have to make sure that, before you buy, know if its a cartridge style body(takes cart valves), or the older style (multiple peices.)
