Welcome to PBC !!!! I think from the factory some of the last KP3 were drilled and tapped to have external adjustment.. On the lower tube all the way in the back their might be allen screw on it.. if there is one your set ... in is higher, out is lower... if there's no screw then you need to change or cut the main spring inside the gun ... there's shop's that can drill and tap the gun if really want to make it easier .. I know Palmer's offer's it... I think someone hear might have the manual already scanned into a pdf .. wait around and they'll drop in....

edit- if you look at the K2 drawing post under this post part number 44 would be where the adjusting screw is.. most of the gut's of the K2 are very similar also..

none of the kp3s' were tapped from the factory with a velocity adjuster. if it's a later model kp3 it may have a velocity adjustable bolt. you'll have to take the bolt out of the gun and look in the face of the bolt and if there is a set screw down in the face, it's an adjustable bolt. screw the set screw clockwise to raise velocity, counter-clockwise to lower.

if the bolt is not adjustable, and chances are that it's not, you have to remove the rear plug to get to the main spring. you need to cut some off the spring to lower velocity or add shims or washers behind the spring to raise velocity. this method works, but it's time consuming and a pain.
