My VM is a pain in the ***...

The thing blows a cup seal every fifty shots? Is there something wrong with the valves on these things?

I know the most recent one was using straight liquid through it, but it took 10 shots for it to start leaking again.

Anyone have any insight? Am I not installing the valve correctly?

Have you changed the valve o-rings at all yet? Are you using the correct cupseal? Is the cupseal shaft sliding smoothly in the valve body?

I haven't changed the valve body o-rings, the cup seal is a little short, and it's from a Raptor, it sealed, but it was a little short, though I got it up to field velocity running a siphon tank. It slides plenty smooth in the valve body.

The cupseal might be too short and getting hung up on the brass insert on the valve body. Also if the valve body o-rings are worn it'll leak around the valve.

Try a cocker cupseal instead.

Cocker cup seals are just as big a pain in the *** to come by locally. The three nearest paintball shops don't carry parts for guns made prior to 2003 anymore.

Try to find one of the nylon exhaust valves that are around. The urethane seat of the stock ones becomes stiff from the cold liquid Co2 and tears easily.
