She's a beauty.
Has she been to visit the Palmers Beauty Shop?

Nice gun, didn't realize how good condition it was, i'm sure you'll love using it! We'll have to both play with our kps at fox one of these days, i'm sure no one there would ever expect to see two of them in the same place. Hope the o rings fixed the leak, there really isn't much else that could go wrong... BTW, is the barrel polished out? The performance difference is big.

We have to copy Russc and do a 1v1 lol, im stll looking for some 12ies, but i gota feelin that did it.

A performance tune will run $120 these days (I think). They'll enlarge some ports, do some work to the valve body, hone the barrel, and put a RVA in. It's nice it already has the springfeed, plugs, and quickstrip slot. Get a a quick changed CO2 knob ($35 or so), and play with it a few times. If you like it spend the money on a Performance tune.

Sounds sweet, the stock changer isnt too much trouble to me, i can get a change down(empty 12ies) in 20ish seconds.

I head rumors of a NE pump tournement series that your doing?

Also, if you can tell from the pics, no RVA, i might just drill it for one next week, then send it to PPS later in the season

MacWhorter 05-03-2009 01:54 PM

yeah an rva is a necessity, otherwise your stuck shimming the spring to get the gun shooting right, you also have to take changes in temperature into consideration, Also if you don't have the full performance tune I recommend it, Mine has the full deal and I get 35+ good shots off a 12g on a nice day, the stock kp will get maybe 20 but I don't know much about the valve style you have. It would be awesome if fox 4 let us do a 1v1 on their speedball course, doubt they would, though. Also if the barrel isn't polished already I highly recommend it, you can chuck a long shotgun swab in a drill, throw in some brasso and let it spin in the barrel for a few minutes. That does the job really well and I do it to all my sheridans, once you do that your kp will be a real tack driver.

I'm glad you got it shooting right, and that you take much prettier pictures than I do. I got to try out your Nasty, and was very pleased. I'm still really sorry about that leak thing, but am glad everything worked out in the end.
