You are correct, the pgp pictured is a pre 2k1.

2k1 had a longer barrel and plastic feed tube cover thingy...

The big visual difference is the 2k1 models have a slightly longer barrel...you are less prone to shooting off fingertips. I think the new ones were cartridge valves.

Differences:

-Different valve system
-PGP 2ks have velocity adjusters and quick change CO2 stock, Pre 2ks do not.
-Longer barrel so you dont nip ur fingers
-Sliding reload system instead of a plug in the back
-Plastic front cap to cap over the front of the feedtube
-Can be diassembled without a sheridan valve tool

Thats what the Pgp2k1 has over the old one.

Either way, I think minimum, all you need is a velocity adjuster to make this work or if ur good with a machine, tap the back for a screw, same thing.

And for the love of God. Watch your pump hand. I have shot my index finger twice and thumb once. And I don't wear gloves..

Do as I do: pump and then aim with the pumping hand under the grip to adjust and to support the weight, and shoot. Since every shot matters over rapid fire, it's nice to do this way.

Justin: Palmers will provide what you need as well.
