Thats unfortunatly what made me cancel my order with them. Spotty communications and the months of waiting time only to get the run around when they did finally contact me.

I mean I know its a small shop and everything but unfortunatly I've only got so much patience. Especially since all of it could have been fixed with an email up front saying "hey we're really really busy, could take 8-12 weeks to complete your order. Are you okay with that?"

i got this email march 24th

Guys (Girls too?)-

If you're receiving this email, your order has reached a point where
we're uncomfortable with the lead time. Throughout all of our
endeavors, we've found that communication with our customers is key. We
don't want any of you thinking their money and gear disappeared.

As the season warms up, orders are pouring in and lead times are
increasing.

We appreciate all of our customers who understand that the "boutique"
gear industry can get overwhelmed and bogged down at times. We've all
seen smaller gear start and eventually fail as victims of their own success.

We've been humbled with our continued success and failure is not an option.

As evidenced by our product line, Team WTF has a remarkably diverse
background in product development and manufacturing. As we move in to
the second quarter of 2012, we're investing in additional equipment and
optimizing manufacturing processes to meet the increasing demands of our
customers. Before foolishly throwing money at problems, we always study
the best equipment to purchase for an application. Intelligent
expansion takes time.

Now that we have all diplomatic BS outta the way;-) ....

We're increasing hours as much as possible to get your order out in a
timely manner. We're doing days, nights, and weekends to get orders filled.

We understand, on a very, very personal level, investing our hard earned
money in to the best gear and then waiting and waiting some more.

We know how bad we all want our shiny new gear to show off on the field.

Every day and every order gives us an eternal sense of urgency in
getting your order out the door.

Rest assured we're working diligently to get your order out of here and
in your hands.

We can not express just how much your business means to us.

Thank you all for your patience.

See you on the field.

Team WTF

A lot of their lead time depends on WHAT you order too. If you're just ordering some common pouches, then more likely than not they'll have them in stock and be able to just ship them out. When it comes to getting a whole rig built, especially in a less popular color/pattern, it takes longer.

I had a pretty big order. 2 holsters, molle belt, 12 gram holster, 4 pursuit pod holsters.

Yeah that's a good order right there.

I think I'll run with what I have and order from them at the end of the season.

I ordered a custom 6 tube holder in black and it only took 3-5 weeks.
I can't remember right off the top of my head.
I ordered and then it was just a surprise in the mail =)

Having a hard time deciding between 10rds or a 49rd pursuit pod on my belt.

I can't find anything great to hold 10rd with Molle short of WTF. I can take a shotgun pouch and flip it upside down.

My goal is to go all mag and no reloading.

Any suggestions?
