So, getting the c-series tip soon. I realized when I put paint it it gets caught on the breech. I think If I get a new bolt and smooth out the edges of the breech I would have a lot better luck with feeding.

How about this bolt?

Okay first up, any hard plastic disc with a hole in the middle will work, for a while I had some cut out of a gatorade bottle top.
The real solution is to anneal the whole pierce assembly in a 450 degree oven, and drill it out from the back. Then drill, countersink and tap for a phantom pierce pin assembly. It's not precision work, if you have a drill press you should be able to do it.
