Thanks for all the suggestions, but this is set up exactly as I want it; the height doesn't bother me. I'm used to tall setups, I run a vertical 13/3k on other guns. I'd rather it be tall than long, and having the tank horizontal would make it more front-heavy. As for using a smaller tank, CO2 is a pain compared to air, just not convenient around here...

well I wasn't highlighting the co2 bottle in my post, just wanted to show the dummy 12gram set up with the vert adapter, which can be removed to switch back to 12 grams.
