Where'd The Sidekick Semi go?

I've been searching around and Google turned up nothing. The paintball website that used to sell them dropped off the map. There's no reference anymore. Anyone know if some of them got shipped around in mass or maybe still being sold through someone.

It's a great little pistols and I'd love it over the new stuff. I'd be willing to strike up a deal if anyone has one sitting around gathering dust.

Thank-you all.

The only way to find one is used, alot of them leak, and anyone that has one that doesn't isn't going to give them up easily.

But, good luck. It won't hurt to post up in the want to buy.

I saw one on ebay probably a year ago that was the long version and it went for $70 plus dollars. They seem to be a head of a pistol when they are working right.

Does anyone know what company produced them? I'd love to see if these things can be built again.

Also, what's the difference between the two versions(short/long)? Are they interchangeable?

Here is a nice link from Warpig. I really wish I grabbed one before the company went under.

WARPIG - World And Regional Paintball Information Guide

You can still find them floating around but the semis were plauged with a bad leaking problem. The sidekick stock is the pump version it is based of off a gun called the dsds "Dave's Scent Delivery System" which was much more stable.

I read the article earlier. If anyone can find the schematics before me, I'd love to see them and see if I can't go ahead and rebuild several of them. There are some injection molded plastic parts I just don't know how to make them, but the brass parts can be made again if I can find the schematics. I'd love to start putting these little side arms back on the market.

There were two semi models. A 5 round model and then the tube feed model. If anyone knows how to get in touch with Goog from back in the day, or makers of "Daves Scent Delivery System" because I bet they might still have all the manufacturing info, or at least know who might.
