Tips remote line help

Hey guys a friend if mine is having troubles with installing a remote line to his new tipx... It installed just fine but when it gets aired up, it pours air through the co2 chamber.. How do u fix this problem? Is he just missing something?

Pretty sure you need an empty 12 gram in the chamber, even with a remote line.

Lol, yes, there needs to be an empty 12g in the chamber to seal against the pierce block or else there's nothing to stop the air from blowing out around the pierce pin. Pretty sure it also specifies such in the directions with the remote line kit.
