| Pump Gun Dealer | As far as the ref going into the building getting shot is concerned, I know when I ref anytime I enter a building that has players in it I go in expecting to take a shot. I do announce my presence loudly before entering, and I try and lead with my hand holding a squeegee but I still expect one or two shots. Most of the time I don't get any, but if you're expecting it then it's not so bad if it happens. And it's not exactly the players fault if they're trapped in a building with opposing players around them. I'd post up on the door too and shoot anything that came through. If I get lit up doing so, then I have words with the player. One shot is ok though. Ref's get shot, that's just what happens. |

| That's exactly it. As a referee, you should be professional. That means you should make some attempt to handle yourself when you're shot. Don't cuss out the customers, don't make a scene. In fact, you aren't allowed to complain about getting shot at all at my home field if you decide to referee in black/grey/camo.

| Reap the whirlwind... | Hahah... I am the tall guy in the pistol vid. This is how it happened. I walked up behind him, and asked him to hold my A-5. Then I proceeded to draw my pistol, and start shooting his buddies. Then I asked him to surrender. Much to my surprise, he spun and pointed a pistol directly in my face. Instinct and training took over, and I removed the pistol from my face, as he fired wildly. So, instead of putting a round in his face, I put one in his chest, and he proceeded to fall on his arse. You must have had to have been there to appreciate the moment.

| Seasoned Member | Do you have any clips that are a bit longer? That makes it look like you were trying to do it execution style or something.
