I asked on Facebook also, but will it clear a stock barrel or longer barrels? just need the extra leverage.... I may ditch the remote in favor of quicker 12g changes

It'll still work with other barrels I think, but if you can't wrap your hand completely around the plug it probably will lose most of the leverage.

Nice! The dual bead sight is very shotgun-esque ... Gonna be fast

And the magnet in the co2 plug is just brilliant

This. I have this same sighting system on my Mossberg.

Ah, there is the subtle beauty of it!
It looks like a shotgun double bead, but it's use is no relation!

With a rifle sight you're really screwed by what makes it so stable. Because a rifle is a tripod of the stock and your two arms, the rear is fixed to your eye. So the only way to adjust for elevation is to raise and lower the front sight.

HA-HA! That's so stupid! And yes scopes are the same and stupid too!
Granted it's inescapable, no other choice, but stupid.. No way around it.
The amount of range adjustment is small and because the blade will hide the target, you have to pick a 'bandwidth of distance' to be able to aim at and you're stuck with it.
With scopes the focal length and eye alignment combine to screw you as with red dots.
Aiming a pistol the same way is a bad idea with no reason for it.

Instead with the double bead pistol sight you put the front bead on the target the same way every time and lower the rear of the pistol. Eclipsing the beads as a long gun shooter would, is point blank and by lowering the rear bead you can adjust to infinity smoothly with no problems.

Williams and Millett can bite me.

Nice! So eventually you learn the distance the two dots are apart = a certain range?

The effective length of the flush barrel is still longer than a Freak insert.
Testing showed no noticeable loss in accuracy or shots per 12 gram.
Once you twist the longer plug without the barrel in the way you wont want to go back.
