That AFT is cool (you have to search the site to find it, cant direct link)

Its a USP with a different magazine system. Cant believe its so pricey. The USP barrel isnt good enough unfortunately.

The "rp" feeding setup isnt so great. It would work well if the slot was longer so it is easier to pour a 10 round tube in at an angle versus vertically which does not let the paint flow very well.

Man that AFT replacement is really neat. I wonder if they fixed the co2 changer? I wonder if the barrel is better or worse or the same as the PMI USP barrel. Hmm.

Gosh I would almost get ripped off and pick one up.

Ducks are pumps and will cost you a lot more than the other guns.

Desert Ducks are pumps only right?
And stock class legal. But you just don't go and buy one just like that.

I'm tempted too Cunha,
but they had a pack of old AFT's and contacted the owner of the rights to make them some more strictly for their own use.
In talking to one of the guys at Strategos they've been using at least 16 AFTs since they were actually on the market to last year when these new guns arrived, by scouring the internet for parts and buying any they came across! No wonder you can't find one anymore!!!
They don't really want to be a retailer, they do tactical training, BUT!, someone should get on the horn and tell PMI that if they sold these for half that price and the mags for $15, they'd outsell every other pistol on the market! Interchangeable barrels beat out the zeus types, though I did fit a G1 with freak inserts, and with mags for $15-people would have a dozen one or two at a time!
The big addition I would make in the RP feed is to contour the edge of the covering gate around the hole, so that you could tightly slide a ten round tube against the curve in the cover so that it was held in position over the hole. My G2 has a countersunk flat area:

this fits the 10round tube tightly. So, even while I'm running, I can tightly press my gun against the 10rder and turn this up to dump the paint in total confidence without looking.

I tried several ways with the gate I made on a PTX, even built this big 'fence' that cupped the tube in the right position to load and put a raised sight rail to see over it:

and just dishing out the edge of the gate so that it was the width of the tube from the edge of the hole worked as good as that big fence, so that's what I'd do on an RP feed, there has to be something to guide the tube into position over the drop besides your eyes and manual dexterity if you're going to run and load, but with even a little help you never need to look down again.

Carl Hungus, Nah, just amplifying some of the stuff I had said earlier. Personally I like your choice, I used my Miltec and my TAG8 together through all the games of the SPPL to the finals and everyone on my team will still take my phonecalls

Wouldnt a modded Automag a good pistol choice ? i have a 20 round sprinfeed on my Micromag. w/ an 8inch DW barrel ( which takes inserts)
The mag itself is barely larger than my hand. A level 7 valve luvs co2so put a q/changer on it. The one negative is efficiany, i run mine remote HP

Its an O.K. choice but they are heavy and inefficient. The efficiency is the main issue.

PMI should and could definately make the AFT on their own.

Dont you notice that the 10 round tube does not feed smoothly into the "rp" style feed? the balls dont flow well. With a normal plug the 10 round empties into the magazine almost instantly but not with the RP feed. If I had an RP feed it would have to have an elongated slot almost like a drop out changer (but shorter) so the tube could feed at an angle.

Hmm...I haven't found alot of trouble with my versions of it(I've never seen the actual 'Squalicane' in person), it does take a certain flip:
YouTube - AgentSmith'sMiltecG2
That's what I mean about something to seat the tube against the gun, I can shake it like a salt shaker as long as I press the tube tight to the gun. In fact, I often move in play every time I need to reload. Because moving is the time when you're least likely to hit what you're shooting at, I use that time to reload.

Both the Sydarm and regular mags experience bad shootdown with 12ies. The TAG is a blowforward also and gets this too, but less because the orientation of the 12gram and the check valve on the mag combine to keep liquid out of the valve pretty well.
I'm dead set on MY pistols using 12grams, though with a small HPA tank like a 13ci/3000psi or the new 9ci/3000psi an AGD pistol would be nice.

I think there's a 40 year old virgin that lives in my building. And Hawaii's volcanoes are lovely this time of year, if that's what you mean....
