| Helmet cam pistol play at Hell Survivors Here's my first two village games of 08, played with my Miltec G2 pistol. Weird flow of play as our opponents on Yellow were getting trapped in the corners, the second game they actually outnumbered us but didn't get far enough, fast enough off the break. After a snow out last week and my wife playing midwife to a friend's Champion Pointer this weekend(leaving me home to dogsit our menagerie plus work), I won't play again til next week! So I'll be there both days. I'll try to get a good movie of a game on the Masters Field, this field, which hosted tourneys back in the mists of time, has a 60' sand cliff crossing the middle for extra fun! It's never used in the big games, so many who travel to HS for the big games only have never been lucky enough to play on it. village game 1 village game 2 Sorry for tilting my head so much, I won't do it again!!! | It definitely is FUN! If there are more than 50 players on a team(happens alot in the summer) they open up a 400 foot wide woodstrip in between the village and the swamp for much flanky-crawly goodness. Village games are total elimination, but all others are centerflag. The resolution of the camera takes a hit in making it small enough for youtube, but even at high res I notice you can't tell how much I'm being shot at, because the microphone isn't what it could be, so it looks like I'm ducking for nothing. I'm really happy with the video, though, I even wore the Cam while judging an AKC Field Trial for pointing dogs(I'm the judge!), you can see a white German Wirehair and a brown Shorthair ripping around in the vid, but boy do I need to figure out a sturdier mount, I had it in the bil of a baseball hat and it's a little shaky. | XJ, The only one that came out was the Village game where we worked the Center building, the One where Ed Stapleton, one of the Owners, gears up and plays a game: ![]() Hey, nice hat Ed! ![]() Village050408 Shaun, the Field manager was on our team that game too, but switched the next game and ended up shooting me out, now I'll never live THAT down Good day though, I can't wait til Day of The Rangers! I'm coming out this weekend but just to work on my guns and shoot around, I may play a game if we roll the Masters field, but I want to get my old Armotech G2 (stripped springs from it at last years SPPL finals to redo the Miltec and never touched it since)going and I'm getting the Pierce pins from RAP4 you suggested to do up Nathan and Kenzo's Delta68s. I'm also going to get the WSP working again, I wore out the 2piece hammer 'test playing' with it. I have to redo the pump arm(it converts from semi to pump) because it's wearing too much on the hammer. I preregged early for DOTR and I'm on the Ranger team, not surprising since Beaker, one of the Captains of the Great Lakes Rangers, is the General for our side. I'm spending most of my time at the 'Alamo' so I'm using my Coopered up P68SC and my Miltec. Are you going, XJ? I hear I may have some extra game fun to film with the cam and I'll be sure to get the Pistol shootout at dinner to post up! Rob

The T68 chronoed between 280-285 last weekend, I dont think ive ever had a marker that shot that consistently. As for DOTR, I didnt prereg for it since the ranger slot wasnt open when i got my VIP card. I should be getting Chao's ranger slot since he can nolonger attend, and if that doesnt work out im also on Deacon's waiting list. Is that pistol tournement Tac8 only? | |

| I think it might be the classic Team FUBAR TAG8 setup, where they supply the TAGs. I'm not sure yet, that was fun at the Monster. Ten steps from the center, turn and fire with a spare mag at the center if you can get to it! Rob
