| The decision to go between a newer or older PGP is preference. Some people like the older style for the shorter barrel, while some like the integrated quick change on the newer models. I personally would go with an older one and do the following: Barrel Hone Better grips (rubber PMI grips or possibly a .45 cocker frame conversion!) Quickstrip slots Faast Change for the CO2s Faast Change for the paint (not sure of the real name for this thing anymore) Rear velocity adjuster Trigger shoe Oh and by the way get one with a cartridge valve if going with an older one! You'll be glad you did. Most of this stuff can be had at Palmers Pursuit Shop, while the adapter for the cocker frame can be purchased from Noxx55 on this forum. Good Luck

Hands down, the Squall is the best. Close seconds being the Sydarm and Tac8/9. However, for those who DON'T want to sell organs for their pistol, go with the Zeus G2+ or ACP 2.0. Functionally identical, the only difference is that the ACP has a crappy pierce pin, but some fun extra rails. But both can be had pretty cheaply, and are very solid guns for the price. I'm thinking of getting two, so I can have a matched set of pistols (It was hard enough to afford one Squall...

I like the look of the ACP 2.0. How much would it cost for one of those, and mabey 2 extra mags used? So, now it is down to the ACP and the PGP. From what i can get, i would have to do alot to the PGP inorder to make it easier to use, and it would probably be an extra...say...$60? From what i read, the ACP is lighter than the Zeus, but is it smaller? One thing which i have noticed about the Zeus, is that is was really bulky. Is the PGP also this big?

The ACP 2.0 and Zeus G2+ are almost the same size. You could pick up a used one with mags and a holster for $100-$120, easily. Hit up the SpecOps forums, loads of them over there.

I found a really nice PGP for $70, and i think i may get it. It has a new valve, extended feed plug, and the velocity adjuster. it also appears to have a trigger shoe. This is the Pic: http://i28.tinypic.com/2lw7j9h.jpg I am pretty sure i can shine the brass, but correct me if im wrong please.
