problems with aftermarket breach?

I bought a warrior PB aftermarket cocker threaded ion breach. as soon as I air it up the bolt goes forward like the oring in the breach is dammaged or air is not getting to the front of the bolt. but I know that air is getting there and just in case I replaced all the orings with fresh new ones. same problem. tried different bolts I tried a DW v1 bolt NDZ skeleton bolt and as a last resort a stock bolt. All do the same thing. I know the bolts are good I tried them in other guns and they worked fine. different boards different solenoid cores different qev's everything. It all comes back to when I use that breach the bolt flys forward as soon as I air it up. So does anybody else have the same problem as me? Were you able to fix it? HOW?

I'm hoping that someone else has something more insightful.

Warriors products are very shoddy. Wouldn't be surprised if it was straight up defective. That's just my experience with people throwing their products on their guns, they couldn't even get squishy paddles properly.

It's Warrior. The ONLY products of theirs that are okay (just work) are their triggers and then 50/50 on their feednecks.

Tolerances of a LOT of aftermarket parts sucked for the Ion.... Only other thing I can suggest is if you are using black o-rings on the bolt and in the can, try using the actual SP/GOG green and white o-rings, as they are slightly thicker. The bolt that came with my mech ion kit simply wouldn't seal in my OEM SP breech, but when I switched o-rings with the stock bolt it sealed fine. The warrior breech however may just be too far out of spec for that to work.

If you can find one, the New Designz breech might serve you better. If you can find a lucky body, those are cocker thread.

Already have 2 lucky bodied ions. they are bad *** but I was thinking about trying a mech ion mod on this one if the breach held air . Well I guess I will just browse BST for a while. A new breach is bound to turn up eventually.

I don't know if it's too late, but the one I bought didn't have o rings in the breech, I put the stock prints in it and no more problems!
