Multicam eNMEy

Decided to pimp my ride a bit and de-rubberised the eNMEy then sent it off for some hydro graphics, really pleased with the results.

and a before shot for comparison:

That looks awesome! Curious about the durability on the plastic (and smooth/shiney) body.

Yep it just pulls off....but leaves loads of residue behind which you have to pick off and then you discover that the glue they used leaves a pitted/scarred surface behind where it partially melted the plastic of the body. Took me a couple of hours to polish all the marks out using some CIF liquid as a mild abrasive (sandpaper just scuffed the plastic up).

Thanks - only just got it back today, so no sure about the durability. Feels pretty robust, but time will tell! Added the reg grip specifically to avoid me wearing away the coating on the reg.

Yeah, how is the plastic secured to the gun? Where did you send it to get painted? How much did it cost? I want to do this.

Very nice.
Btw, after removing the rubber, sanding will remove the pits faster. Starting with 100 and working up to 1500 grit. Finishing with polish.

Seriously. These guns rock.
People are pretty surprised when they realize they are $129
