PVI Shocker O-RING sizes?

I have searched all over, can't find a chart with the actual o-ring sizes for the PVI Shocker.

Yes, I have the manual with the parts list......but does not show the actual o-ring sizes needed.

Anyone have a list of the o-rings or know a link that could help me out?

Thanks!

I don't know if the shocker sport used the same internals, but this page could be what you are looking for:

Oh, it seems I am not the only one with this problem. I am currently doing the same thing. I rebuilt the lower tube with a Shocker Sport oring kit from Oring City. The gun seals perfectly.

The bolt assembly is my trouble spot right now. My bolt is not retracting enough or quick enough for paint to enter the breech. I am going to order polyurethane orings and try to rebuild/size the bolt assembly. Hopefully, there is less drag with the poly rings as opposed to the buna ones.

thanks. I do have the Shocker Sport o-ring chart. The upper bolt assembly is the problem. Tank O-rings seem to fit the assembly on the outside, until you try to put the bolt into the gun....they are just a bit big. I was able to remove the bolt head from the piston. The internal o-rings were so old....just falling apart. So there's the problem...I was able to "fit" a few o-rings into place, some of them from a Shocker kit and some from an Automag kit. But I am certain the are not all correctly sized.

Anyone with info, would be helpful.

Thanks. I am gonna be doing the same, see if I can figure this out. Maybe we can come up with a definitive chart for the PVI fans.

Yes. It is long overdue. I might even draw up a wiring chart. I ran into that before too.

Bravo McMaster Carr. Ordered the Orings, yesterday at 7 AM. Arrived today. Unfortunately it will be until next week before I can get around to sizing these Orings.
