Ok, I'm back at this gun. I finally got in an O-ring kit and changed the rings with no results. In frustration I took the board and valve out of the frame and body. Put the battery on and aired it up. guess what... It fires fine! Put everything back together and still nothing.
It has a fresh energizer.
The grip screws are removed.
The vision is off.
Dwell has been set at the highest and lowest settings to eliminate that possibility.
Trigger clicks when pulled and light flashes so I know the switch is functioning.
The gun is stock.
Where do I look next?

Did you ever take the solonoid apart?

If so check the armature on the inside... it may be upside down.

You may want to try loosening up your grip screws. The grip screws are long enough that if you overtighten them they can short out your solenoid circuit (There's no covering on the wires coming from the solenoid.)

Have never taken solenoid apart and have removed all grip screws to eleminate that problem.

Your guage could be screwed. You might actually have the pressure too low. Replace the guage and try again.

Are you using actual smart parts O-ring kits or o-ring guy kits? The O-ring guy kits use normal rubber O-rings where they should be the much harder urethane O-rings. It could cause your bolt sail O-rings to drag out of place on the return, pushing itself over the lip enough to prevent the bolt from cycling again. Another thing that can happen with the generic O-ring kits is the proper bolt sail O-ring is actually a metric size (I don't recall what size to be precise.) And some of the O-ring guys will use the closest American size, which is too loose and too small in diameter (cross section, not the diameter of the O-ring itself) which will cause the same tendency to pop loose.

its possible you have some debris in the solenoid. if you carefully take the cage off (remember which side goes up when you reinstall), take a q-tip and swab the inside out. reassemble and try. could be a lil lube gumming the thing up.
