Imp w/ balance valve = awesome

i just got done with my balance valve v2 yesterday and took it to the field today hoping for the best but prepared for the worst. you always have to be when your working with prototypes. anyhow i got to the field a little early to check the velocity but with only 2 min of pressure tweaking it was shooting 276,276,280,278 right in the butter zone. perfect a good way to start the day. i cant say exactly what the pressures were but it will not chop a ball (blind imp) i think its around the op of the gun stock so maybe between 150 - 200. so on to the field and all day it worked flawlessly not a single chop no fsdo no hiccups at all. i was not really keeping track of the efficiency but on the last game i was able to go 5 pods and a hopper on ~2000psi on my 88/45. so anyhow here is what i have done to make this work. i made a new front cap new valve body valve stem a titanium delrin hammer and a custom delrin bolt with 45 inlet and a jackhammer lpr.

just though someone else might be able to share in my joy of a completely successful project. if anybody is interested i can post pictures tomorrow.

havent been messing around with it. but now that i know the general working configuration to use i might try and throw some ideas into solidworks and see if they are workable.
