shocker bolt question

I just bought a shocker sft off ebay and was wondering how to tell if it has the high efficiency bolt in it or not. The picture on actionvillage looks like the bolt I have but I am not sure if it is that easy. Is the diffence in the bolt the firing can or both? This is the first shocker I've bought and the first used gun, so forgive me if this is a dumb question.
