Wow the PM8 shot sick. I played against tourney/Xball Douchebag overshooters for most of the day and had a blast. Playing pump for close to 2 years nonstop really helped. for the most part I was shooting better leftie and snapping a lot faster than the other guys who have been shooting electro all their life.

I had the board on 13 bps NXL all day and played an easy 12-ish games if not more and only shot through only 3 bags. I played from 10am to 7pm. Had a really fun day.

PBworld has pretty ****ty refs but once you get around that, all the guys and owner in the main building were very very nice and the fields are good too. One thing that did piss me off is that us, the players, had to blow up the bunkers in the morning. plus It was only me and some other guy that actually knew how to blow them up

It's unpaved but if you don't scrape speedbumps you'll be ok, just take it slow. I'll be driving a Grand Prix. It can be rough in spots just watch what you're doing and you'll be just fine. There is plenty of parking.

I don't really need a podpack either. I held in just fine with my hopper.

Sorry I missed that. Play officially starts at 10. From my experience people start showing up sometime between then and 11. I'm going to try to be there 9-930ish so I can get the chrono to myself.

I'm thinking I'm going to play SC all day so I want it to be dialed in.

Yeah because I cheat Oscar.

I mean dialed in, b/c I don't have a velocity tool and it's a PITA to get it chrono'd correctly.

You don't have a tool? I'll rectify that.

I played with the TPX today on the remote and it was a blast to use. 8 mags seems to be plenty for me. Ran it off a remote to a 3.5 oz that was in a 50rd pod pouch on a belt with my mags.

Then I ran pump for a good part of the day finally ending with my Hurricane. It was a LARGE mixed crowd with a good mix of renters and regulars. Refs did a good job of keeping the teams even, though they didn't know what to do with me. Obviously a "seasoned" player, but playing at a "disadvantage" with a pistol, or pump, or rifle.

Velcor must have been pleased with me because the only issue I ran into were a couple of leaks that I was able to correct before any game started. The T2 was a murdering machine with that DW barrel. I'd shoot a few shots at someone who had no idea I was there until they felt the hit. No idea how many Elems I got that way. Didn't get shot at all until the very end of the day when we were playing a major Elemination spanning three fields. It was me and a few regulars against some other regulars. We were doing good taking them out when one tried a bunker on a guy just in front of me. He got the guy but the ref had to paintcheck the one pulling the bunker. Once he was cleared, he turned back towards us and I shot him twice in the foot with the Hurc. What I DIDN'T know, was that on our right side, our entire flank has fallen apart and the other team had moved up. I caught 5 rounds in a row. Two in the side, one in the gun, one in the mask and one on the side/ back of the head that rung my bell through my bounce cap.

All in all, a great day. Most of the regulars were using DMs or PMs. I don't know the difference to be honest, if someone can enlighten me.

We are now at our lake house for a lil R&R

Usually money isn't this tight for me, I would be making it to XPX if I hadn't purchased my lens earlier this month. I have a tendency to lean toward photo now
