What makes a certain pump a Sheridan style? A Nelson style?

I know a metric ****-ton about electro's, but next to nothing about pumps.

What is everyones opinion on the Gray Ghost? I was initially saving for a Mini or G4, but I may use it for a GG instead.

Thoughts on that?

Sheridan's hammer shoots forward, a nelson's hammer shoots backwards as it's valve is inline with its bolt and hammer assembly.

BTW:Sheridans are Snipers, Autocockers, Blazers, PGPs, Pmi1's, KP's, etc

Nelsons are Nelspots, Buzzards, phantoms, trracers, mavericks, comps, mini comps, desert ducks, box guns, etc.

I would say go phantom as your first SC gun. they have a much larger accessory market, I would say he only companies that compete with CCI in regards to customer service is CCM and PPS.

If later on you would like to get into more "high end" Stockclass guns, look into Grey ghosts, Superstockers, Buzzards, mini comps, and upgraded phantoms. Superstockers are very nice, I really miss my old one.
