Here in the Knoxville/Powell area and also in Chattanooga according to Chad (Paintballmarshaltn) when I talked with him this afternoon, mainly got heavy rain, some slight flooding, and some trees knocked down. West and Middle Tennessee got pounded with tornados, rain, and high winds from what the news said. Last I heard over 20 killed in TN alone.

Still alive, but just barely!! I had tornadoes within 5 miles on a couple of sides of my home/town. Everything around here is really messed up and if there are any others from the middle Tennessee area, I hope you all have survived! I am just glad that I didn't come home when my wife started calling on Friday. If so, I would have been stuck right in the path of a tornado that came across the interstate near my exit and destroyed a lot of homes, businesses, and a church. I am just greatful that my wife and I were able to get home in one piece. One neat thing was that when I got home, we had golf-ball sized hail everywhere and our neighborhood looked like a driving range!!

Our rookie team had to drive through all that on the way to the TCFOA this weekend. They made it through all right and managed a 3rd place finish only loosing 2 games all day ( in the finals). They said they thought the golf ball sized hail was going to break the windows out of their cars.

I was in on that trip weltz is talking about... The golfball sized hail was quite interesting on the way down, luckily nobody's vehicle was damaged. I had a good time reffing in the cold/mud/standing water/rain . I was quite impressed with the facility that hosted the event(middle Tennessee Paintball). They had a nice speedball field and hyperball field, and from what I saw a few nice wooded fields. All in all it was a good event.

I really like that hyperball field.

I wish I had known you were going to be out there weltz, I would have come and let you shoot the Phantom you want so badly!

Unfortunatley Weltz didn't get to go on the trip. He had to stay behind and run the shop.

I'm in upper east Tn with Weltz4u, Shocker03, and thrive78.

I, too, travelled through the hail and tornadoes with Shocker03 and our rookie team to MTP. Seemed like a nice place!!

I'm in southeast Tennessee. Madisonville to be precise. Anyone know of any good scenarios coming up?
