Also any costs at castle would help....motel rates..ect....
The nice hotel is around 100/night
Plane tickets are under 200

FREE LODGING IN BUNKHOUSES & FREE CAMPING!
Bunkhouse spaces and campsites must be reserved in advance when preregistering to insure a spot. Information on the refundable deposit may be found under BUNKHOUSE RULES or CAMPSITE RULES.

Lodging:
Free lodging in EMR's bunkhouses on premises, $50.00 deposit required to stay in bunkhouses. $50.00 will be returned after bunkhouse is inspected for cleanliness and damage.

I would suggest going for your own house because they might not last until then.

Flying is by far the easiest, cheapest, and quickest. As for TSA, ship stuff. I am actually worried about putting us all in a car for 18 hours and foresee a few runins with the fuzz.

Fl can have its own bunk house. That would be pretty cool.

What could go wrong? All we'll talk about is hating Smart Parts, wanting to stop at south of the border, and beer.

Yeah. I mean I know a lot of teams with houses but I don't know if I could arrange bunks for 10 people.

Should be easier for fall than spring. But there is no way I can do the drive. Odds are I will be moving out of florida by then. But I will gladly help this mission because it is needed. Fall 07 was my first castle and I had the best time, just like this last weekend. I think everyone should go to castle
