Pricing: The cost per player for Entry is ONLY $35 if Pre-paid by 9/12/08 for Saturday Play Only and $50 if Pre-Paid by 9/12/08 for the entire weekend through Sunday Afternoon. The cost Per Player for Entry that pays at the event is $45 for Saturday Play Only and $60 for the entire weekend. ALL ENTRY FEES INCLUDE CHOICE OF UNLIMITED CO2 & COMPRESSED AIR or the Standard Rental Package consisting of a TIPPMANN Semi-Auto Marker, Goggles, CO2 Bottle, and CO2. The Weekend Fee includes: Playing in the CASTLE CONQUEST, playing in the Scheduled Field Open Play on Sunday, and/or playing with the Pump-Only Group. For groups of 25 or more players that prepay by 9/12/08 at one time as one group, there is a $5 per player discount and the organizer or Team Captain gets free entry. For groups of 50 or more players that prepay by 9/12/08 at one time as one group, there is a $10 per player discount and two organizers or Team Captains get free entry. PAINTBALLS for the CASTLE CONQUEST will be WORR PAINT by JT SPORTS and will sell for $80.19 per case of 2000 plus 6% PA sales tax: Total $85.00 per case. If you pay cash for a case of paintballs at the event, there is a cash discount of $4.71 a case making the price per case $75.48 plus 6% PA sales tax: Total $80 per case. If you purchase 10 cases at one time in a single purchase, you will receive a $5 discount per case. If you purchase 25 cases at one time in a single purchase, you will receive a $10 discount per case. All bulk purchases must be completed at the event inside the store. No bulk purchases can be made in the Registration Lines.

Flights out of Tampa....range from $125.00 to $200.00 non-stop one way

Shipping Info for your gear.......
Players are welcome to ship their equipment or bottles to EMR for pickup at our events via UPS or FEDEX. No mail pakages as they only go to our P.O. Box. Address the packages to EMR, RT. 706 & 601, New Milford, PA 18834 and be sure to put ATTN: YOUR NAME . We recommend insuring your equipment for it's value. Be sure to also have a return Package Pickup issued for after the event as we do not have shipping service from EMR but both UPS and FEDEX deliver there

I'm tired of double posting....yell at the Florida guys on those "other" sites and tell them to get off their butts......

1,200 miles to EMR Castle.........2,400 round trip.....

2000 Chevy extended cab pickup with lockable bed cover(5 people)..17 mpg......@ $4.00 gal = $565.00
$113.00 each.......gas bill.....the truck can carry lots of gear..coolers..ect

1999 Caddy deville with big a$$ trunk(5 people) 27 mpg.......@ $4.00 gal = $356.00
$72.00 each.......gas bill.....caddy can carry small cooler or two and gear.......

Will check on rental van soon..........

So whats the total cost estimate for travel, lodging, food, and the game itself (per person) ?
It sounds like fun but not the expense

I'm trying to get feed back on how many cases of paint was used ...ect....

25 cases of paint you get a good discount....

Looks like the CC's will be attacking this Fall, so a case should suffice. Bunkhouses ARE available. We'll work on getting an overflow bunkhouse for the Commando's this fall. When you register, just specify Carter's Commando, and that you need a bunkhouse. Simple as that.

You can also stay at some of the local hotels/motels. Holiday Inn is popular too.

Bring GUNS... meaning, the gun you plan on using.. a backup gun, and even then an old faithful pump gun.

Total $85.00 per case. or 10 cases at one time in a single purchase, you will receive a $5 discount per case. or may beable to work with other members to get 25 case discount

Stay at bunkhouse free.....

$160.00 two cases of paint....
$ 50.00 pre-paid entry...
$115.00 share gasoline...
$200.00 food....@$50.00 per day
$ 20.00 beer....
subtotal so far.......$545.00
so about $150 a day....for the trip
Time spent...priceless

hhhmmm...looks like i need to start collecting more parts for another sheridan build to sell to fund the trip ...good total for worst-case scenario, not too bad for a few hours of comraderie......thanks for the legwork so far, tommy
