i wish i could join you people but can't make it. maybe next year i plan trip for it and trip to albany new york too as week long time. i have family in that area too.

Well two confirmed to go.....need some more to make it worth while.....

I'm watching the cost of flying....looks like more increases soon.....driving may be the only option....

I have been flying to games for 3 years (flying forever, grew up in the industry). It is THE cheapest option. Hell I even priced Amtrack to philly and it was like 190 vs 200(est) on a plane. The train is also like 16 hours vs. 2.5-3 on a plane.

I have a feeling that flights won't go up that much and that gas will be near 4 dollars by then.

1,200 miles to EMR Castle.........2,400 round trip.....

2000 Chevy extended cab pickup with lockable bed cover(5 people)..17 mpg......@ $4.00 gal = $565.00
$113.00 each.......gas bill.....the truck can carry lots of gear..coolers..ect

1999 Caddy deville with big a$$ trunk(5 people) 27 mpg.......@ $4.00 gal = $356.00
$72.00 each.......gas bill.....caddy can carry small cooler or two and gear.......

I still see us getting pulled over a lot. But there is no way I will drive. I just dont have the time.

Just checked non stop flights from Tampa...$406 to $563......
