we are currently looking to lease the use of 25+ acres of private land for airsoft/paintball sporting events. this land will need to be fairly level and vehicle accessible. it can be wooded or open field or both. we prefer the ability to run power onsite. we are affiliated with a large electrical contractor that can provide the installation. water is a bonus, but not a must. we will require the ability to build an almost town like arena similiar to that of a military m.o.u.t. facility. we will provide all legalities involving the sport to include insurance, player event waivers and promotion.

we are a sponsored and endorsed paintball team interested in expanding to buisness ownership/partnership and event production. we travel all over the southeast attending various events. these events draw from 100-1000 players and teams from all over the region. this is a very marketable and profitable venture for someone with land sitting idle. a buisness partnership is definately a possibility. we are proffesional individuals with homes and families of our own. this is to be considered a side venture. the profit margin is attractive, but we do not plan to get rich.

there is no investment required by the landowner. however, there is the possibility to create a buisness partnership in comprimise with lease or services. we will absorb all duties in the fabrication and maintenance of the arena. we will absorb all liability and provide insurance. estimated time untill the arena will be in fully operational completed status is 9mos to 1 yr. this is a fair estimate allowing us leeway if development is slow. estimated time for the arena to be at a marketable and proffitable status will be 6mos.

again this is a great opportunity for a private landowner to generate funds off of idle property that is not being used and have some fun in the process. we could expect having 25 to 50 ppl playing the arena on any given weekend at 15-20 bux a head. you could expect to host 12hr and 24hr long games (150-300 ppl) at 50 bux a head 4-6 times per year. we are already well established with the southeast clientel base and fellow field owners and producers. we already have established capital for this venture and interested in starting immediately. if you would like to learn more about the sport and its clientel base or view our buisness plan, please pm me.
