Calling all JACKSONVILLE FL area MCB's - Page 3

Hey Chris,

The reason we are trying to get together up here in Jax before the Meet down there in November is to try to get a bigger group of players to do the roadtrip down there on the 17th

Last year only Shop-Boy, Asa-N and myself made it. (We spoke down there, you commented on my old-school Piranaha LB) hopefully the Jacksonville contingent will be bigger this time!

yes we moved it back since blanding and world cup is in oct.

Alright cool. I think I'll just buy tickets for that general time area, and hopefully go to it, if not maybe I can hook up with some other peeps, who knows. I'll post whenever I have dates.

WoW what a great day! Too bad there was no paintball involved

Shop-Boy has the Swine Flu and I had too work all day on the Current Theatrical Design project. And since I have rented my own production shop where I used too work from the landlord as a build space I have too make every day count!

I'm currently unemployed (I worked at the Alhambra Dinner Theatre) but have managed to land contracts to keep myself and my crew busy and earning enough money to get by.

Hopefully Jessie is better by next weekend and we can meet up somewhere and play. I think FirstCoast would be nice...haven't played there yet but would like too....

Anyone?

I won't be able to make it this weekend - I'll be in Texas visiting my brother.

I am anxious to play with my new Pyre though, so I'm looking forward to the next meet.

Sorry to hear about your job Dave, I just heard the other day that Alhambra had closed.

Thanks for the job offer Sean but my unemployment from the Alhambra has been quite busy actually. I have managed to land a couple ot theatrical design projects that have kept both me and my crew busy and the bills paid so I can't really complain too much.
There is a investor who is attempting to reopen the Alhambra and I have already been offered my job back (Its the one department that they DON'T feel needs to be improved upon. The restaurant will be completely revamped and run by Matthew Madura. (Matthews Restaurant and Take Out Gourmet if you are familiar with them.)If all goes well I should have to get my department operational to stage Christmas Carole at the end of November.

Jessie....Lets aim for Next Sunday possibly at First coast paintball. Keith says his sister wants too play and will be in town the first week of November.

Mark.....I'm still interested in the 12gram order you placed a while back. If you don't have any left that's fine too. I'll go in on the next one.

And theres still the meet at CFP mid November that we have to plan for.
