Wild Planet Paintball Park, Casa Grande Az.

This was the first time I have gone there, I got lost missed the turn on Signal Peak road (which is named Sandia off SR87). Me and my son finally made our way back to the prak after turning around about two times and eventually just used the milage off the map. We had a big feeling of accomplishment when we finally found the place.

The fields:
There are 5 fields (the fields are spread out so I am not sure). We played on the rocket field, barrel field, and the Alamo.
Rocket field:
Bunkers shaped like rockets staggered across a field. Plenty of cover and lots of room to manuever around. Great for pump, pistol would be tough.
Barrel Field:
Tight more like a speed ball field but still wide enough for great rec games. Honestly it still is a good field for pumps.
Alamo:
Hold and defend. If thats not your style then you won't like it. Otherwise it is a blast, if you haven't tried a hold and defned the field set-up makes it tough and challenging for both sides.

I am planning on going back again as it is only a 30 minute drive from where I am and the field is pretty good. There were a lot of rec players and rentals which adds a element of chaos to the game. I noticed that older experienced player tend to play predictably, new players are nuts.

Pros:
Rec style of play, not a lot of speed ball or tourney guys out there.
Air is included in the field fee, $20 dollars
Staff is great, they like hugging so go get em (just kidding)
No bunkering

Cons:
Nothing really

I would have to say for pump players this is a great place to go. Lots of angles and bunkers make moving easy and at the same time challenging. The fields are really great and the staff is attentive and friendly. Granted the field reminds me of a renegade field, but that might be what I liked about it. Definately head out there to see whats going on and have fun.

just to let you know, if you play pump all day its $15.00 also they have a frequent player card if you play 5 times the 6th is free

Yeah I had read about the pump discount on their website. That makes it even sweeter. The only problem was I didn't have my pump, next time though.

just to add they do have 5 fields.
1. Rocket field
2. Barrel field
3. Car field
4. Football field
5. Alamo
**there is a small 2-3 man field but its a bit small for large groups

Will do, I doubt I will get out there this weekend (low fundage). However the weekend after that is looking good.

Just gotta free up Sundays, that looks to be the best for all. I am looking to set-up another pump game for next month. Maybe a tourney or a pistol/stock class game.

I have been exclusively playing at Disruptive when I have the time to play, but would love to try a new field out!
