Airsoft in APG.... blast from the past

I had this magazine.... in addition to the airsoft article they had an article on how paint was made and gas fluid dynamics.

When that came out the only airsoft guns you could get in the US were the really cheap ones in the back of gun magazines that were springers. I had no idea what they were for.

yes, as you pull the handle it loads and when you pull the trigger it shoots and ejects the shell. impractical to play with but they are quite a novelty. They are metal and plastic and are quite well made.
