I should mention that i did not make this, I did pay for it to be made.
details
Well it is a merlin extrusion, it's Cocker threaded, delrin bolt, aka feedneck (pressed in) and accepts sterling internals. I'm planning to shape it by hand and then anno it and have it lasered The Curling

parts supplied to get it to this point, 1 junk sterling (used for dimensions and fitment) a few merlin extrusions, and aka feedneck

Tinman: I like what you did there.
I was thinking you could "half block" a sterling. Have you given any thought to making a sled and pin to hold the bolt on. (see Theephysco's gun below)
That would eliminate the problem of scratching the anno when removing the bolt.

mailmanmike Since Monday! That's more than 4 hours though, so according to those cialis ads I should see my doctor.
tlane77 I think for a non-chemical chubby it's 6 hours before its time to see a doctor. So you should be good for another couple hours.
splattttttt I wasn't goin to google "chubbin" because I assumed it had to do with fat. The lard type, not the fun stuff. But what ever feelings Jeff's experiencing, then they must be of the fun like stuff...

I also have a Proline Sterling and I agree it does have the same lines in the body. With the A.P. Sterling though, the pump stroke is sooooo much lighter and just as smooth as my 20 year old (or so) Sterling.
