Fantasy Sterling Price?

Out of curiosity, what would you be willing to pay for a highly tricked out Sterling? Talking a finished gun and regulator with most of the common wishlist items like standard fittings, undercocking, clamping feedneck, cocker threaded, nice anno, etc. Something with the fit and finish comparable to other high end pumps.

I'm thinking I'd be willing to drop 5 to 6 bills depending on features.

Are we talking a "TRUE" Sterling or a remake/ re-manufacture?

I would probably drop $400 - $500 for a balls to the wall open class one. $350 - $450 for a stock class one.

An updated sterling NIB from Arrow Precision. Not a once off custom or knock-off or whatever.

Than yeah, all the bells and whistles, ~$400. "UPs" and what not would really determine that though.

Probably $400 + it really would depend though, as there are quite a few things I would change to get it to where I would spend that.

$499

Oh wait, that is how much a Falcon is...

(I know they are not the same, but the arrival of the Falcon has made me put away the notion of ever getting a Sterling)

I have been thinking of getting an older Sterling (or newer Bronze) to check them out. I shot a Sterling at PP and was pretty impressed. However, with funds going to the Falcon, I can no longer justify scoring an STP or SC STP.
