Help with mounting a reg on my STP

Hey dudes, I picked up an STP a little bit ago and I love it, but I feel it could be a little bit more consistent with an HPR. I checked out the trigger frame and it looks like it would be difficult to fit a VA in there.

My next thought was putting a couple holes in the trigger guard and just mounting an asa vertically with nuts and screws. There's one on my frame already from the previous owner, wouldn't be too hard to punch another hole in there.

The only other thing I could really think of was a bottomline reg, but those are rarer and pricier than vert. regs in most cases

Any input would be great, thanks guys.

Female palmer stabilizer would be my first choice, but there are custom rails that go between the body and frame which extend out and have a hole for a vert asa like the AGD one. Rainman229 made them in the past as I recall.
