Grip frame question

Can I swap out a Sterling frame with a Phantom or Traccer/Maverick frame?
I want to run a bottom line and my Sterling is not drilled for it.

As a whoel, I dont think you can unless you do some work. If yours is anything like my second one, you can remove the grip part & replace it.

The older Sterling STP had a frame that was grip and trigger group in one peice. It had a rectangular block ontop, between the frame and the marker body for spacing.
I have seen some pictures where people just made a new spacer block that was longer, to be able to attach a vertical ASA.
You on the other hand may not want a vertical to bottomline connection and may be aiming for a bottomline only setup.
In my old STP frame there were no holes drilled and tapped for a bottomline ASA. But there were enough material left on the inside of that portion of the grip to drill and tap holes in it myself.
I do not know which version and year your Sterling is, but maybe you can just drill and tap holes in it yourself for fitting a standard duckbill ASA on there.

I have even seen some that went the way of the Tippmann98 grip and just made holes from the side into the walls of the grip and put in nuts that were trapped there when the grip panels came back on. That way they didn't have to tap any holes, and if the threads were stripped they just inserted a new nut into the drilled slot.

Update
My marker is the newer style Sterling Bronze with a eurogrip
I will be putting a phantom 90* frame on it.
As soon as my little project is finished I will post pictures.
Thanks to those who responded!
